Erika Forsell, L.Ac

Since taking her first Tai Chi class in 1992, Erika has studied East Asian medicine, martial arts and yoga. These in-depth studies have informed and strengthened her belief that all aspects of a persons' life affect their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. She has been a New York State licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist since 2007 and is a certified Breathwork facilitator. Originally from California, she now lives and works in New York.

Erika offers Community Acupuncture 2 Fridays per month here at the Collective. Email her at erika@erikaforsell.com to schedule or with questions. In a very short time, Erika will be operating her whole practice out of FulBeing, stay tuned!

Joelle offers private, duo and trio yoga and Yoga Wall sessions. Joelle holds 200 and 300 hour Yoga certifications plus BFA and MFA degrees in Dance, along with continuing education in Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga, Chakra Yoga, Yoga Wall, and Aqua Yoga.

Erin offers private or duet yoga sessions. She specializes in gentle chair yoga, and modified practice due to injury/limitation/disability. She also offers Vinyasa yoga instruction, from beginner to advanced practice.

Dani is an artist, textile designer, potter and 500 E-RYT yoga teacher. Dani offers private, duo and trio yoga wall sessions at the Collective as well as teaching through out the Hudson Valley. Dani holds yoga certificates in The Great Yoga Wall, Accessible yoga, Kids yoga and Trauma Informed Yoga. Dani is creative into her approach on helping all people access their synergy of breath, body, mind and creativity connections to live a balanced life. She weaves together yoga and art therapeutic principals into every practice as well as her custom created Heartful Yoga by Dani art making workshops where you go from the mat onto the canvas to capture the essence of this potential in the moment. Later these collaborative art pieces are manufactured into printed product for all to share. Art from the Heart!

Steven Reilly

Tai Chi Instructor

Sifu Steven has studied at Dragon & Crane, in Somers, NY, for over 10 years. He practices both Tai Chi and Shaolin Kung Fu under Master John Scattaretico. He is truly grateful for the opportunity to be sharing this art with those who wish to learn. His weekly one-hour class will offer students an opened door to a world of movement, philosophy, and laughter. All skill levels are welcome, and beginners are especially encouraged!

Sarah is a dedicated student, teacher, Yoga Therapist, and spiritual caregiver. Her work is rooted in the tradition of T.Krishnamacharya, Zen Buddhist contemplative practice and caregiving, and her role as chaplain for people in trauma and end of life. Her hope is to be a compassionate and curious support for others on the path, to bear witness and make meaning, and to hold a mirror up to our embodied wisdom which can be a companion no matter where life takes us.
