I hope this message finds you safe and healthy. We are in a time of transition, with continued elements of uncertainty. However, I am confident and comfortable being open in person with precautions in place.
As of June 1, 2020, I re-opened for private sessions. Currently, my schedule is booked through the end of the year. Group classes are still on hold, however I have plans to restart them in January 2021, with the understanding that they may again be postponed. WHEN: Mondays 11am-12pm (this series is 5 Mondays in June)
***classes will be recorded so if you miss it, you can still participate later***

ALL movement will be modified for the equipment that you have available to you.
