This online offering is an 8-part video series for post partum women. While it is geared toward those who are 0-12 weeks, women in any phase of their post partum journey can benefit, especially if their movement has been limited by pelvic/back pain, prolapse, rectus diastasis, incontinence, or other pregnancy/post-natal related complications.
Videos are in sequence, and the instructions are offered as a safe and progressive means of building awareness, strength, and healing of the post partum body. This is more than a
“work-out” video—it is rooted in rehabilitative principles such as breath, posture, pelvic floor awareness, and more. It is deeply intentional in its focus on nurturing the mother and her healing process after giving birth.
